Parent Helpers

 

Do you have some spare time? Would you like to help?

 

We welcome help in school.... Parent helpers are very welcome in the school and provide a valuable source of support for teachers and children at St. John’s. The time and support given to our pupils is very much appreciated and can make a real difference to the children’s learning experience at our school.

 

There are many ways in which Parents/Carers can help with delivering the very high standard of education at St. John’s, for example by accompanying children on class outings, hearing children read, supporting activities within school such as cookery or sharing their expertise on a particular subject.

 

If you would like to come in and help you must have a fully enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check in place (DBS check) with the school.
